用户协议Terms of Service
欢迎使用 mShell。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示你同意本协议。若不同意，请勿使用。
1. 许可
在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、非独占、不可转让的许可，用于在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上安装并使用 mShell，用于个人或内部业务目的。除适用法律明确允许外，你不得转售、出租、或对本应用进行反向工程。
2. 你的责任
- 你仅可将 mShell 用于合法目的，并遵守你所连接系统的相关政策与授权要求。
- 你对自己的服务器、账号、密钥与凭证，以及通过 mShell 在远程主机上执行的一切操作负全部责任。
- 请妥善保管设备与凭证；命令广播等强力功能会同时作用于多个会话，使用前请自行核对。
3. 第三方服务
mShell 运行于 Apple 平台，可选使用 iCloud（CloudKit / iCloud 钥匙串）。相关服务分别受 Apple 及你所连接的第三方服务器/服务的条款约束，本协议不改变这些条款。
4. 知识产权
mShell 及其名称、图标、界面与相关内容的知识产权归开发者所有。本协议不向你转让上述任何权利。
5. 无担保
mShell 按「现状」与「现有」提供，不含任何明示或默示担保，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权。我们不保证其无中断、无错误或绝对安全。
6. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用 mShell 而导致的任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害（包括数据丢失、业务中断、服务器变更等），我们概不负责。
7. 协议变更
我们可能不时更新本协议，并更新本页「生效日期」。重大变更后你继续使用，即视为接受。

Welcome to mShell. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
1. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use mShell on Apple devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not resell, rent, or reverse-engineer the app.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use mShell only for lawful purposes, and comply with the policies and authorization requirements of the systems you connect to.
- You are solely responsible for your servers, accounts, keys and credentials, and for every action performed on remote hosts via mShell.
- Keep your device and credentials secure. Powerful features like command broadcast act on multiple sessions at once — verify before you run them.
3. Third-party services
mShell runs on Apple platforms and optionally uses iCloud (CloudKit / iCloud Keychain). Those services, and any third-party servers you connect to, are governed by their own terms, which these Terms do not modify.
4. Intellectual property
mShell and its name, icon, interface and related content are the developer’s intellectual property. These Terms transfer none of those rights to you.
5. No warranty
mShell is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss, business interruption, or server changes) arising from your use of or inability to use mShell.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the “Effective” date above. Continued use after material changes means you accept them.
